Spent most of the day at Hierapolis, the ancient city above the Travines. It is enormous. Roman citizens used to come to find cures in the hot springs, although gathering from the size of the Necropolis outside the city gates, the cures weren`t 100% effective. I had a swim in the hot springs in what was the sacred pool, compete with submerged pillars and statues. Although if you get a chance to swim in a pool full of lumps of marble, think twice unless you enjoy stubbed toes.
